Risk and Compliance (GRC)
The Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) division is responsible for integrating risk control and mitigation practices across all levels of the organization. Through strict management of roles and responsibilities, GRC contributes to a controlled and secure operating environment, reducing the likelihood of events that could compromise our goals or cause losses. GRC outcomes for 2023 and 2024 are presented in our Annual Report. See below:

Corporate Governance
The Ethics and Compliance Committee, established in 2022, and the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee (ARCC) ensure the investigation of misconduct and enforcement of company policies.
Risk and Process Management
We conduct mapping and modeling of internal processes to ensure effectiveness and control, including annual reviews of strategic risks.
Our Commitment to Ethics
